Marieska is a seasoned professional in the information technology and retail industries, with extensive experience in License Compliance. She has led and supported license compliance programs for global IT companies such as Microsoft, SAM Live, Autodesk, and others, with a strong focus on managing risks associated with unlicensed software usage.
Marieska has supported numerous technology companies in addressing unlicensed software cases within BUMN and government ministries—covering strategy formulation through execution—while also driving large-scale revenue growth in Indonesia. In addition, she has advised software user organizations on implementing IT Compliance and Software Asset Management (SAM) practices to achieve better licensing governance and more efficient software asset management.
Andi is a legal practitioner with extensive experience working across major corporations and law firms. He received his legal education from the University of Indonesia. His areas of expertise include Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, Capital Markets and Securities, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, and Restructuring and Insolvency.
Andi is an active member of several legal associations, including the Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia, the Asosiasi Kurator & Pengurus Indonesia, and the Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia, and as an Expert Staff Member to the Ex-Officio Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance – OJK.
